Why you do what you do?

Growing up I was exposed to many doctor offices and was always looking for a challenge. I knew I didn't want to be a doctor. I couldn't imagine seeing even a booger, let alone blood, on a daily basis. But healthcare impacts so many lives, and I have a passion for helping people. So I found challenge by helping Dental Practices with their Marketing and Technology. I later went beyond those to focus on the relationships in their businesses because they have a greater impact.

What inspires you the most?

Hearing stories of how some people have helped the world be a better place, and figured out how to do with without being poor. The pursuit of reaching my potential is what fuels me. I truly believe that I am meant to help a lot of people and to do work that can be considered great.

What you love the most about Adhere?

My work here allows me to grow toward the person I want to be. I'm able to use technology to transform dreams into reality. I'm able to use business to create economic opportunity. And I'm able help people live better lives by working in healthcare.

What is you story of creating Adhere?

After being exposed to entrepreneurship in my first official position as a Software Developer, I realized there was no other life for me. From the moment I saw that it was possible, I committed to making business ownership a reality in my life. After building apps and websites for almost a decade, I created digital agency. After a few years, I dedicated most of my time toward helping healthcare providers. Some time later, I focused specifically on working with dental practices. As I was working, I recognized the amount of pain insurance providers brought to dental practices and Americans as a whole. So I created Adhere to address the problem.
